Qualifications

• Proven experience managing Facebook/Instagram Ads
• Demonstrated ability to scale campaigns profitably
• Strong understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution
• Experience with A/B testing and data-driven optimization
• Comfortable managing $5K-$100K+ monthly ad spend
• Familiarity with funnels, landing pages, and CRO
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Experience running ads in health and wellness, supplements, or weight loss
• Experience with UGC ad creatives

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
• Build and test new ad creatives, hooks, and angles
• Conduct A/B testing on audiences, creatives, and funnels
• Optimize campaigns to improve CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
• Analyze campaign performance and produce actionable insights
• Manage campaign budgets and scale winning ads
• Implement retargeting and lookalike audience strategies
• Work with the content team to develop high-converting ad creatives
• Monitor tracking via Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and analytics tools
• Stay up to date on Meta advertising policies and best practices
