Job summary

Sim&Cure is seeking an Application, Support & Training Specialist to act as the primary technical, clinical, and educational reference for our US hospital customers and field teams. You will manage software deployments, troubleshoot Level 2 issues, and run customer education programs to ensure safe, long-term adoption of Sim&Cure solutions.

The role blends IT expertise with pedagogy, delivering high-quality remote and on-site training, and supporting North American growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in application support, technical troubleshooting, or clinical training in US healthcare.
• Experience with B2B medical software or medical imaging environments (DICOM/PACS/RIS) and FDA-regulated devices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical, clinical, and educational reference for US clients and field teams.
• Manage software deployments, Level 2 troubleshooting, and customer education programs in US hospitals.
• Deliver remote and on-site training to clinical users and partners to ensure safe, autonomous use of Sim&Cure solutions.
• Collaborate with US Territory Managers to align technical interventions with sales priorities.
