Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Clinical Specialist to provide training and technical support to healthcare professionals. You will ensure effective use of VIS products and support physicians, nurses, and technicians.

This role involves in-person case coverage, educational responsibilities, and both local and regional travel. The ideal candidate will have a clinical background and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience and knowledge of IR suite, Operating Room Protocol and Sterile Technique.
• Full access to Siemens Healthineers client sites to perform essential functions.
• Must meet all vendor credentialing requirements including valid identification, criminal background checks, and healthcare training.

Responsibilities

• Provide in‑person case coverage and ensure products are available.
• Train and educate physicians and hospital staff on VIS products.
• Perform new installation support and technical service.
• Document interactions with physician customers and provide information to headquarters.

Skills

Clinical background (IR/CT Technician, Operating Room Nurse, Surgical Technician)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills

Ability to lift approximately 150 pounds

Analytical with problem-solving ability

Experience in supporting vascular procedures

Experience in supporting tissue ablation procedures

Ability to work in a high-intensity environment

Team player

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
