Job summary

Sim&Cure in the United States is seeking an Application, Support & Training Specialist for the US market. You will serve as the primary technical, clinical, and educational reference for clients and field teams, managing software deployment, Level 2 support, and training programs to ensure safe and long-term adoption of Sim&Cure solutions in hospitals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in application support, troubleshooting, or clinical training in US healthcare.
• Experience with B2B medical software or medical imaging environments.
• Experience delivering presentations, training, or coaching to US clinical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead software deployment at US clinical sites and ensure HIPAA-compliant IT integration.
• Provide Level 2 technical support and resolver for complex incidents with remote or on-site interventions.
• Develop and deliver high-quality training sessions for clinical users and partners.
• Create and maintain educational materials (manuals, guides, tutorials).
• Coordinate with Territory Managers to align technical work with sales priorities and plan field activities.
