Job summary

Distalmotion, a global MedTech company, seeks a US Marketing Sr. Manager to drive awareness and adoption of the DEXTER robotic system in the United States. You will build regional assets, launch new products and clinical indications, and coordinate US conference strategy.

You will partner with US Sales and Global Marketing, translate complex clinical value into compelling stories, train field teams, manage budgets, and measure KPI performance while traveling up to 40%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field is required.
• MBA is preferred for strategic leadership in marketing initiatives.
• Experience in medical device, MedTech, or pharmaceutical marketing is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-stakeholder, multi-channel awareness plans to generate and convert leads.
• Launch new products and clinical indications, measuring launch KPIs.
• Create and execute regional conference strategy to maximize ROI.
• Drive regional marketing strategies to increase DEXTER adoption in key territories.
• Coordinate training and collaboration with sales and corporate teams.
