Cercli, the AI-native HR platform based in New York, is seeking a Marketing Manager to own US marketing strategy from positioning to launch. You will craft compelling narratives, lead campaigns, events, content, and sales enablement, collaborating with Product, Sales and Success teams to drive adoption and revenue.

This hands-on role requires creative thinking, strong execution, and a track record in B2B SaaS marketing. Hybrid NYC-based role.

Formación

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience.
• Strong product instincts and storytelling abilities.
• Exceptional positioning and messaging skills.
• Proven end-to-end execution of SaaS marketing initiatives.
• Hands-on event marketing experience in the US.
• Excellent project management across multiple workstreams.
• Strong storytelling and content creation skills.
• Technical fluency with AI marketing tools and automation.
• Strong customer/market instincts and competitive insight.
• Startup experience with ambiguity and resourcefulness.
• Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence.
• Ownership and accountability with proactive problem-solving.

Responsabilidades

• Own Brand Positioning and Messaging for Cercli in the US market.
• Lead Campaigns and Product Launches with integrated channels.
• Plan and Run US-based events, sponsorships and roundtables.
• Create compelling content across website, blog, email, social and paid media.
• Drive projects end-to-end from idea to execution with clear timelines.
• Coordinate with Sales and Customer Success for effective enablement.
• Build an AI-native marketing function using cutting-edge tools.
