Why Cercli
The shift from on-premise to cloud computing revolutionized HR technology, but many existing systems have become legacy platforms—lacking context on how people truly work and featuring outdated interfaces. AI presents a unique opportunity to rebuild the system of record from the ground up. Cercli is at the forefront of this transformation, offering an AI-native HR platform that provides a living graph of your organization and its people. Our AI coworkers enhance the capabilities of people teams across the entire employee lifecycle, from hiring to payroll.

Develop impactful customer stories, case studies, sales decks, and competitive collateral. Experiment with creative formats while maintaining a distinctive and consistent brand voice.
- Drive Projects from Idea to Execution: Manage priorities, timelines, stakeholders, and multiple initiatives effectively. Transform ambiguity into clear action plans, resolve roadblocks, and deliver high‑quality work on schedule. Coordinate with agencies, content creators, and freelancers, establishing efficient and repeatable processes.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success: Equip customer‑facing teams with effective messaging, collateral, and competitive insights. Utilize customer feedback and buying insights to sharpen positioning and support the buyer journey.
- Build an AI‑Native Marketing Function: Utilize cutting‑edge AI tools, agents, and automation to accelerate analysis, planning, content creation, and campaign execution. Experiment with new workflows to enhance quality, efficiency, and scale.
