Job summary

Wheely is seeking a Founding US Launcher to lead the rollout across multiple US markets, starting with Miami and Los Angeles, and rotating every 3–6 months as new markets launch.

This highly mobile role has no fixed office location. It includes a base salary starting from $120k per year, plus an annual bonus and equity, relocation support in launch cities, comprehensive benefits, and a monthly travel credit to experience Wheely as a passenger.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in STEM, Economics, Business or related quantitative discipline.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Relentless ownership in high-stakes, ambiguous environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Eligible to work in the US or obtain US work visa; willingness to relocate.
• Professional fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational launch of new US markets, spending 3–6 months in each city before moving to the next launch.
• Build local supply by recruiting, onboarding and developing chauffeurs meeting Wheely's standards.
• Establish operational processes to deliver premium customer experience from day one.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Customer Support and executive team to coordinate launches.
