Job summary

Wheely is seeking a Founding US Launcher to spearhead the roll-out across major markets. The role is highly mobile with no fixed office, starting in Miami and Los Angeles, and you’ll lead each market launch from the ground up.

You will spend 3–6 months per city, build local chauffeur supply, and establish processes to deliver a premium customer experience from day one. Expect travel across the US and close collaboration with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a fast-paced, highly analytical environment (Tech startups, Management Consulting, Investment Banking).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in STEM, Economics, Business or related quantitative discipline from a leading university.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to operate in ambiguous environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence partners and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational launch of new US markets, spending 3–6 months in each city.
• Build local supply by recruiting, onboarding and developing chauffeurs who meet Wheely's service standards.
• Establish operational processes ensuring premium customer experience from day one.
• Coordinate with Product, Marketing, Customer Support and executives for successful market launches.
