Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; master’s degree or higher preferred.
• 10+ years in biopharmaceutical market access or related roles.
• Experience leading market access teams and national/regional accounts.
• Knowledge of payer landscapes, PBMs, and government programs.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Market Access Directors to drive access and pull-through strategies across regions.
• Develop and present strategic account plans for payer verticals.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing and Patient Services to optimize payer access and product launches.
• Engage with US payers including PBMs, IHNs, Medicaid, Medicare and VA/DoD channels.
• Ensure compliant patient access and timely communication with stakeholders.
