US Manager, Safety and Emergency/Incident Programming

This role is a remote work opportunity within our Enterprise Security Services Organization.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide consultancy and guidance on managing workplace safety and emergency/incident response programs supporting KPMG's domestic and international operations.
  2. Implement and uphold workplace safety standards aligned with firm risk tolerance and budget considerations.
  3. Manage risk frameworks, collaborate with stakeholders (Legal, HR, Real Estate, etc.), and develop training and awareness programs.
  4. Conduct reviews, facilitate exercises, support incident planning, and ensure compliance with relevant policies.
Qualifications:
  1. At least eight years of recent experience in workplace safety and emergency response, with experience managing global programs addressing various hazards.
  2. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  3. Strong understanding of regulatory environments like OSHA, safety management systems, and global awareness.
  4. Analytical, flexible, and able to operate effectively in a matrix organization.
  5. Excellent communication skills, with ability to present complex issues and influence stakeholders.
  6. This is a fully remote position within the U.S., with 5-10% travel. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
