ABB is seeking a remote Senior Service Center Operations lead, ideally located in Cleveland or Columbus, OH. The role reports to the Service Manager and drives efficiency, profitability, and growth across assigned centers.

With 12+ years in the field, you will shape budgets, forecast capacity, and S&OP actions, while building capabilities and ensuring safe, compliant operations aligned with ABB's global targets. This is a strategic, results-driven leadership position.

This position reports to:

Service Manager

Ensures assigned service center(s) operations are carried out in accordance with company procedures, contract specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, cost/profitability targets, and scheduling targets. Coordinates and oversees team development and continual improvement of service centers processes and procedures.

The work model for the role is: remote, based ideally in Cleveland or Columbus, OH.

Key Responsibilities :

• Contributes to the implementation of the business strategy and business model relevant to the scope of assigned service center.
• Develops business plans for footprint expansion of white spot markets (where a new local execution center will be required).
• Manages business development, including Profit and Loss account (P&L), in domestic and allocated market.
• Participates in defining the budget.
• Participates in sales and operations planning and takes actions to close the gaps related to project execution capacity.
• Ensures the development of performance targets in line with global targets and ensures their achievement through regular oversight and defining improvement actions as needed.
• Ensures profitable business growth in the allocated market.
• Supports global business unit strategy through defining concepts for business unit-specific Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), compliance, and Supply Chain Management (SCM) and developing processes & tools.
