Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics in the United States is hiring a Senior Marketing Manager for US Commercial to support the MOLBREEVI launch, an investigational inhalation therapy for autoimmune pulmonary alveolar proteinosis (aPAP).

You will develop the US Brand Plan, drive disease awareness, lead conference activities, and design patient services and specialty pharmacy programs, while coordinating with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure MLR-compliant execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in pharma/biotech marketing, with HCP and/or patient marketing experience.
• Commercial launch expertise, preferably in rare disease.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience managing external vendors.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and coordinate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the US Brand Plan, including market positioning, messaging, and campaign strategies.
• Drive disease awareness and promotional programs.
• Lead commercial activities at conferences and educational events.
• Design patient services and specialty pharmacy programs.
• Develop marketing and sales training materials.
• Manage digital, print, and social media tactics.
• Oversee external partner alignment and ensure compliance with Medical Legal Regulatory (MLR) processes.
