Job summary

Praxis Precision Medicines, Inc. is seeking an experienced Brand Lead to shape and execute the brand strategy for our rare epilepsy programs. The role reports to the Head of Rare Disease and involves turning commercial direction into focused brand plans, leading launch readiness, and building a high-performing marketing team.

You will partner across functions to drive speed, quality, and patient impact, while ensuring compliance and program excellence in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Biopharma marketing experience required.
• Recent product launch experience preferred.
• Epilepsy/DEE domain experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand strategy and marketing plan informed by insights.
• Lead brand launch readiness with cross-functional partners.
• Build and develop a high-performing marketing team with clear priorities.
• Manage marketing budgets and agency partners, evaluate performance.
• Ensure marketing programs meet quality, compliance, and review requirements.
