The role partners with Access, Sales, Insights, Medical Affairs, and other functions to translate insights into a differentiated go-to-market plan and measurable launch outcomes.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of biotech/pharma commercial experience with progression in responsibility.
• Significant U.S. marketing and product strategy experience in rare diseases.
• Demonstrated experience preparing and launching products in the U.S.
• Experience leading marketing teams and cross-functional launch teams in a matrixed org.
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical commercialization process across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the U.S. marketing strategy and execution for pegtibatinase across HCP, patient/caregiver, and patient services channels.
• Develop product positioning, patient and physician segmentation, messaging, and market development strategies.
• Build, lead, and develop the PegT U.S. marketing team and associated agency partnerships.
• Lead the integrated U.S. commercial launch plan with cross-functional partners.
• Chair launch teams, set priorities, milestones, and launch-readiness measures.
