Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years in pharma/biotech or life sciences consulting with marketing, sales, strategy or planning experience.
• Ability to translate strategy into executable plans and lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong program and project management with multiple priorities and interdependencies.
• Proven ability to influence without direct authority and build accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated launch planning and readiness.
• Translate brand, customer and go-to-market strategy into integrated launch plans with clear milestones and ownership.
• Orchestrate readiness across core and extended launch workstreams and surface critical path dependencies.
• Create dashboards and indicators to assess readiness and support decisions.
• Support pre-launch measurement, launch monitoring and post-launch learning.
• Identify risks and drive mitigation discussions early to protect readiness.
• Lead scenario planning and prioritisation for focus on critical work.
