The role leads a Global team, partners with US Market Leaders, and drives data-driven launch readiness globally, including governance of LPT, playbooks, and libraries. Hybrid work with senior stakeholder leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in Global & US Launch Excellence, Commercial Strategy, Commercial Operations, Marketing Excellence, Capability Development, or related biopharmaceutical functions.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for Global Launch Excellence capabilities.
• Drive modernization of launch preparation methodology across Global, Regional, and Market organizations.
• Lead and govern launch tools, playbooks, and frameworks; ensure adoption and impact.
