Talon.One, an Adyen company, is seeking a full‑time US IT Support Specialist based in Chicago or New York. You will own day‑to‑day IT for US employees, keeping tools, devices and access running securely, triaging tickets, and coordinating with Berlin IT.

You will administer Google Workspace, JAMF, Notion, Slack and Zoom, support AV in meeting rooms, and manage onboarding/offboarding with least privilege and SSO. Fluent English and cross‑time‑zone collaboration are required.

Formación

• 3+ years in IT support or administration.
• Proficient with Google Workspace and JAMF on macOS and Windows.
• Experience with collaboration tools and meeting-room AV.
• Familiar with SSO, least privilege, endpoint security, and secure device handling.
• Fluent English, strong communication, and cross-time-zone collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Own US IT support by triaging tickets from ITSM system, email, and chat, and keep users informed.
• Escalate complex or higher-risk cases to Berlin IT with a clear recommendation.
• Administer Google Workspace, JAMF, Notion, Slack and Zoom, managing accounts, groups, policies and configurations.
• Set up and support meeting-room AV, including Google Meet hardware or Zoom Rooms, troubleshooting audio/video issues.
• Manage identity and access across onboarding, role changes, and offboarding, supporting SSO and provisioning with least privilege.
• Manage US device lifecycle and asset inventory from procurement to secure offboarding with hardware partners.
• Support endpoint security and compliance by following controls and triaging security alerts.
• Document IT processes and runbooks to improve efficiency and reduce recurring issues.
