IT Operations Engineer: Endpoint & Identity

Job summary

Teads, a leading omnichannel advertising platform, is seeking an IT Operations Engineer to strengthen our New York presence and own day-to-day endpoint and end-user operations for the US region. You will collaborate with the global IT team on identity, device management, and security hygiene.

You will balance daily support with improving tools, processes, and automation, resolving issues autonomously, and documenting learnings for global standardization. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT support or IT operations in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Hands-on experience supporting macOS and Windows in a hybrid setup.
• Experience with MDM and endpoint management tools (Jamf, Kandji, Intune, NinjaOne, or similar).
• Experience administering an identity provider (Okta, Entra ID, or similar) including SSO and MFA.
• Experience with ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow) and asset tracking.
• Strong networking fundamentals and endpoint security basics.
• Experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, plus video conferencing tools.
• Fluent English with strong communication and ownership.
• Certifications (Jamf/Okta/Microsoft/CompTIA) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2/3 IT support for US and global users: hardware, OS, apps, network, VPN, and authentication issues.
• Manage endpoint fleet (macOS and Windows) via MDM: enrollment, config, deployment, patching, compliance.
• Administer identity access: SSO, MFA, provisioning, access requests, and revocation.
• Lead onboarding/offboarding end-to-end: device setup, welcome sessions, deprovisioning.
• Monitor assets and licenses; procure IT equipment and manage vendors.
• Oversee security tooling and collaborate with Security on findings.
• Maintain core services: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoom, Slack.
• Support NY office IT needs: network, printers, AV, meeting rooms, live streams.
• Create runbooks and document IT processes; drive automation where possible.
• Identify recurring issues and implement fixes through automation.
