Job summary

Teads is seeking a hands-on IT Operations Engineer to strengthen our New York presence and own day-to-day endpoint and end-user operations for the US region. You will collaborate with the global IT team on identity, device management, and security hygiene.

You will resolve issues autonomously, document learnings, and improve tools, processes, and automation while keeping users productive. Strong English and security mindset required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years IT support or IT operations in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Hands-on experience supporting macOS and Windows in a hybrid environment.
• MDM/endpoint management tools (e.g., Jamf, Kandji, Intune, NinjaOne).
• Identity provider administration (Okta, Entra ID) incl. SSO/MFA and lifecycle.
• Ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow) and asset tracking experience.
• Networking fundamentals (DNS/DHCP, VLANs, VPN, Wi-Fi).
• Productivity suites (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365) and video conferencing.
• Strong communication, service mindset, ownership.
• Fluency in English.
• Security tooling and remote work support experience; certifications listed above.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2/3 IT support for US and global users: hardware, OS, apps, network, VPN, authentication.
• Manage endpoint fleet (macOS and Windows) via MDM: enrollment, config, deployment, patching, compliance.
• Administer identity and access: SSO, MFA, provisioning, access requests, removal (Okta/Entra ID).
• Handle onboarding/offboarding: setup devices, accounts, welcome sessions, revocation.
• Track assets and licenses; order IT equipment; manage vendors.
• Monitor security tooling and coordinate with Security team.
• Maintain core services: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoom, Slack, etc.
• Support NY office hardware, AV, meeting rooms, live-streams for events.
• Create/runbooks; contribute to IT process standardization.
• Identify recurring issues and implement automation to reduce toil.
