Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in the US insurance market.
- Significant experience with carriers, MGAs, delegated authority, or program distribution.
- Deep understanding of US commercial insurance landscape and carrier appetite across classes.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage strategic relationships across the US insurance market.
- Lead sourcing, structuring and execution of capacity arrangements for Program Solutions clients.
- Lead negotiations relating to carrier agreements and fronting structures.
- Partner with Program Solutions leadership to develop scalable capacity strategies.
- Provide insight into market conditions and emerging trends impacting US program capacity.
- Represent Gallagher Re Global Program Solutions in client and market engagements.
