Qualifications

7–12+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales or Commercial roles within structural steel, industrial steel construction or engineered steel structures.
Established network among industrial owners, EPCs, engineering firms, contractors and developers in the US.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the US business development strategy for industrial steel structures.
Identify, qualify and develop new project opportunities across target industrial sectors.
Build and maintain relationships with industrial owners, EPC contractors, engineering companies, general contractors, developers and project managers.
Lead commercial negotiations and coordinate with internal teams to prepare competitive proposals.
Report on pipeline development, sales performance and market opportunities.
