An established and highly respected structural steel fabrication company is seeking an experienced senior leader to help guide the organization through its next stage of growth.

This is an opportunity for a proven steel industry professional who understands the business beyond a single function — someone who can bring together technical knowledge, operations, project execution, customer relationships, and commercial thinking to help strengthen and grow an already successful organization.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience within structural steel fabrication and/or steel construction, with the credibility to work across the organization and the leadership ability to develop people, improve processes, strengthen customer relationships, and identify opportunities for continued growth.

What You'll Bring

• Significant experience in the structural steel fabrication or steel construction industry
• Strong understanding of the complete project lifecycle, from estimating and project management through fabrication, delivery, and erection
• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to build, develop, and motivate teams
• Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of how operational decisions affect profitability and growth
• Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, GCs, subcontractors, vendors, and industry partners
• Strategic thinking combined with a practical, hands-on approach to leadership
• Ability to identify opportunities for operational improvement, business development, and sustainable growth
• Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
