Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or higher preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry with a focus on oncology; lung cancer and/or immuno-oncology experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and cross-functional teams, with strong analytical skills and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with digital marketing and omnichannel strategies preferred.
• Launch or multi-indication brand experience is a plus.

• Engage the multidisciplinary care team to support coordinated treatment decisions.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Medical Affairs, Sales, Insights & Analytics, Market Access, and Training.
• Bring in innovation through partnerships, technologies, and omnichannel approaches.
• Lead with integrity and ensure compliance with AstraZeneca standards.
