Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical and/or diagnostics marketing.
• Demonstrated track record in diagnostics launch and commercialization, particularly in oncology.
• Proven team-oriented leader with excellent written and verbal communication abilities and the capability to influence across all levels within a matrix environment.
• Global or in-market experience in developing and executing commercial strategies for diagnostics.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to transform analysis into actionable strategy.
• Thorough understanding of drug development and commercialization processes and the evolving lung biomarker landscape.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated global diagnostics strategy for the lung portfolio.
• Create and implement commercialization and marketing plans for diagnostics.
• Collaborate with franchise commercial teams, medical affairs, R&D, insights, market access, and affiliates.
• Build partnerships with oncology stakeholders and HTA/payer orgs.
• Provide leadership on biomarker testing adoption and patient journeys.
• Enable markets to drive biomarker testing awareness, adoption, access, and accuracy.
• Gather insights to inform strategy and adjust tactics.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across geographies.
• Present diagnostics strategy and progress in leadership meetings.
