Job summary

You will partner with business leaders to align people strategies with business goals while ensuring consistent policy application and compliance. The role covers employee relations, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, workforce planning, and development, with a focus on multi-site operations and HR best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field required.
- 10+ years progressive HR experience, with 5+ years of management experience.
- Experience supporting multi-site operations across the United States.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly desired.
- Working knowledge of HRIS and talent management systems.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership: Align HR strategies with organizational goals.
- Employee Relations: Advise on complex HR issues and investigations.
- Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment for key roles.
- Compensation & Benefits: Analyze market trends for competitive pay.
- Learning & Development: Design programs for growth and mobility.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to laws and policies.
- Disciplinary Oversight: Manage investigations and disciplinary actions.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay current with HR trends and updates.
