Job summary

Daniels Health in Houston is seeking a seasoned HR professional to advise on employee and industrial relations, onboarding, exits, and organizational development. You will partner with leaders to boost engagement and retention and lead training for learning and development initiatives.

You will collaborate with the People & Culture Manager on workforce planning, assist with compensation processes, analyze turnover data, ensure legal compliance, and support U.S. recruitment efforts.

Qualifications

• 6–12 years of experience in Human Resources, focused on employee relations and organizational development.
• Degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, Business, Organizational Development, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with Workday.
• Broad knowledge of employment law, recruitment practices, industrial instruments, and performance management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical advice on employee and industrial relations, onboarding, exits, and organizational development
• Partner with business leaders to enhance employee engagement and retention strategies
• Lead presentations and facilitate training sessions for learning and development initiatives
• Collaborate with the People & Culture Manager and stakeholders on workforce planning and organizational design
• Assist with compensation and benefits administration, including performance review processes
• Analyze turnover data and provide insights to improve retention and recruitment
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
• Support recruitment initiatives with the hiring team across the U.S.
• Contribute to broader People & Culture projects and continuous improvement
• Shape and support the workforce while advancing Daniels Health’s mission to make healthcare safer and more sustainable
