Job summary

Bray International, a global leader in industrial valves, actuators, and control products, seeks a US Human Resources Manager to lead HR strategies across the United States. You will partner with executives to drive workforce planning, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, compliance, and development, ensuring policy consistency and strong employee relations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field required.
  • 10+ years progressive HR experience, with 5+ years of management experience leading HR teams.
  • Experience supporting multi-site operations across the United States.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly desired.
  • Working knowledge of UKG Pro and/or Ready.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership: Align HR strategies with organizational goals with leadership.
  • Employee relations & support: Advise on complex HR issues and sensitive matters.
  • Talent acquisition: Lead recruitment for key roles with managers on role requirements.
  • Compensation & benefits: Analyze market trends to recommend competitive pay structures.
  • Learning & development: Design programs to foster employee growth and internal mobility.
  • Compliance & risk management: Ensure adherence to employment laws and best practices.
  • Disciplinary oversight: Manage investigations and employee relations issues.
  • Continuous improvement: Stay current with HR trends and legal updates.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
