Atlas NextWave is seeking an experienced HR Manager to support its expanding U.S. operations in Miami. This standalone, hands-on role reports to the international HR team in Europe and will own the full HR remit for a lean 50-person U.S.

organization, partnering with leadership to scale our renewable energy business. You will lead full-cycle recruitment, guide employee relations, ensure compliance, and drive onboarding, performance management, and HR policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience in the U.S.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment
• Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws and compliance
• Independent work experience in lean HR environments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, proactive, and adaptable

Responsabilités

• Lead full-cycle recruitment across corporate and technical roles.
• Be the primary HR contact for U.S. employees and management.
• Oversee U.S. HR compliance and operations with federal, state, and local laws.
• Manage onboarding, performance management, policies, and documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement of HR practices in a growing business.
