The role will partner with leaders across a broad employee base, guiding employee relations, performance management, policy interpretation, and compliance, while helping shape people strategies for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR Generalist or BP experience.
• Experience leading complex investigations.
• Strong knowledge of multi-state and federal employment laws.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and coaching skills.
• Evidence of maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Liaison between management and employees, interpreting and administering policies.
• Assist with development and administration of HR programs, guidelines, and handbooks.
• Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws; keep HR informed of changes.
• Analyze impact of proposed legislation and propose policy changes.
• Counsel managers on HR and employment issues.
• Conduct investigations into employee, customer, and vendor complaints (e.g., harassment, discrimination).
