Atlas NextWave in Miami seeks an experienced HR Manager to own the U.S. HR remit for a lean, high-growth renewable energy platform. The role reports to the Europe-based HR team and collaborates with leadership to scale a distributed workforce.

You will lead recruiting, onboarding, performance management and HR compliance for U.S. employees, while shaping policies and processes in a fast-paced environment that values proactive, hands-on HR leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience in the U.S., including talent acquisition and HR operations.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment for corporate and technical roles.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. federal, state, and local employment laws and compliance.
• Independent operator in a lean HR environment with broad remit.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-growing business.
• Native-level English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment across corporate and technical roles with hiring managers.
• Serve as the primary HR contact for U.S. employees and management.
• Oversee U.S. HR compliance and operations per employment laws and policies.
• Manage onboarding, performance management, policies, and HR documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement of HR practices to scale the business.
