Job summary

Mirantis, an IREN company, seeks a Corporate Security Engineer to join our security team, remotely from the United States. The role covers endpoint protection, device management, IAM/SSO and MFA, and the detection‑and‑response stack, with additional contributions to ISO 27001 and SOC 2 compliance.

You will operate and improve tooling that protects our workforce, participate in incident response, and partner with IT, Product Security, and Compliance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a corporate/enterprise security, security operations, or IT security engineering role.
• Hands‑on experience with endpoint security (EDR) across macOS and Windows; device management and Linux endpoints a plus.
• Strong knowledge of identity and access management — SSO, MFA, and modern IAM platforms.
• Experience operating a SIEM and detection tooling; familiarity with Splunk preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and own security policies, baselines, and compliance posture for EDR/MDM across the fleet.
• Administer and strengthen IAM/SSO, MFA, provisioning/deprovisioning with least‑privilege reviews.
• Operate SIEM and detection tooling; triage alerts and coordinate with external SOC/MSSP.
• Contribute to incident response end‑to‑end: investigation, containment, remediation, root cause analysis.
• Proactively harden the environment with baselines and access controls to reduce attack surface.
• Support ISO 27001, SOC 2 compliance efforts by evidencing security controls.
