Job summary

Mirantis, an IREN company, is seeking a Corporate Security Engineer to join our security team, remote in the United States. We are expanding coverage to US hours and enhancing incident response, compliance, and tooling for a secure modern cloud infrastructure.

You will own endpoint protection and device management, IAM/SSO/MFA, SIEM operations, vulnerability remediation, and security tooling across the fleet.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in corporate/enterprise security, security operations, or IT security engineering.
• Hands-on experience with endpoint security (EDR) across macOS/Windows; Linux endpoints is a plus.
• Strong IAM knowledge: SSO, MFA, least-privilege access practices.
• Experience operating a SIEM and detecting tooling; Splunk preferred.
• Experience with vulnerability management and remediation.
• Security awareness programs and phishing simulations experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and own security policies, baselines, and compliance posture for EDR/MDM across the fleet.
• Administer IAM/SSO, MFA, provisioning/deprovisioning, and least-privilege reviews.
• Operate SIEM and detection tooling; triage alerts and coordinate with SOC/MSSP.
• Lead incident response end-to-end: investigation, containment, remediation, root cause analysis.
• Proactively harden environments with configuration baselines and access controls.
• Support ISO 27001, SOC 2 audits and evidence collection.
