ZEISS is seeking a Head of SMT-US to lead and manage the overall operations and resources, representing the organization with internal and external stakeholders and driving the strategic direction of the SMT business in the United States.

The role focuses on building a cohesive, high-performing team, advancing business development, field marketing, technology roadmaps, and partnerships across ZEISS SMT and related units.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in semiconductor or related sectors with senior leadership experience.
• Master’s in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics or a closely related field.
• Strong strategic thinking, planning and decision-making skills.
• Financial acumen and budget-management experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a matrix organization and manage your senior managers.
• Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams toward achieving goals.
