PureGym US is seeking a Head of HR to lead the US People team during a period of rapid growth. Based in the NY/NJ area, you will drive our people agenda, partner with a local leadership team and collaborate with Group HR to share best practices.

The role covers gym recruitment, compensation & benefits, talent development, engagement and culture, employee relations, and business partnering with local leaders to build a scalable, inclusive people function.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HR operations in multi-site, field-based orgs (fitness/retail/hospitality).
• Deep knowledge of US employment law (federal/state/local).
• Proven ability to lead, coach and grow engaged HR teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead gym recruitment and employer branding in the US.
• Partner with Group HR on compensation and benefits strategy and annual review process.
• Drive talent development and internal learning initiatives to support growth.
• Own engagement, culture and communications to foster an inclusive workplace.
• Manage employee relations with a preventive, compliant mindset.
• Serve as a business partner to US leadership on people planning, performance, and retention.
