Job summary

HBAL Executive Search seeks a Managing Director, US based in New York to establish and grow the US footprint for a fast-growing international consultancy. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on entrepreneurship, winning business and building senior client relationships.

You will launch the US operation with significant autonomy, shape the market proposition, and lead a high-performing team as the business scales, reporting to an international leadership group.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience within a strategy, growth or insight-led consultancy or agency.
• Strong relationships and commercial experience within the US FMCG/CPG sector.
• Proven success in new business development and senior-level client leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the launch and growth of the US business with autonomy and accountability.
• Win new clients and deepen relationships with major consumer brands.
• Build and lead a high-performing team as the business scales.
