Inspire11 is seeking a Managing Director in the United States to lead a strategic service line and portfolio, driving revenue growth, margin, and delivery excellence. You will own growth targets, manage complex client relationships, build scalable leadership, and advance capability across multiple markets.

The role requires executive credibility, strong judgment, and the ability to balance quarterly results with multi-year capability development and talent strategy.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years in consulting, professional services, or equivalent leadership roles.
• Demonstrated ownership of revenue growth, margin, and forecasting.
• Track record of winning and expanding executive relationships.
• Experience leading senior leaders and scaling teams.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue growth and the underlying engine that produces it.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline across existing clients and new logo pursuits.
• Lead complex pursuits including qualification, deal strategy, pricing, staffing, and close.
• Develop account expansion strategies moving relationships from project-based to partnership-based.
• Translate market signals into offerings, packaging, and positioning.
• Drive a culture where business development is a normal leadership behavior.
