Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Minimum 5 years in a professional services firm, with corporate finance/FS focus preferred.
• Strong judgment, team collaboration and communication experience.

• Lead BD strategy for US FIG with alignment to global priorities.
• Develop tailored pitches, RFP responses, and submissions for clients.
• Manage and expand relationships with major US and global financial institutions.
• Deliver US FIG thought leadership content, events, campaigns, and submissions.
• Track targeting, relationship mapping and insights to support opportunities.
• Share market intelligence to inform global FIG initiatives.
• Collaborate across practice groups and offices to drive cross-border work.
• Coach and mentor junior team members and regional colleagues.
