Job summary

Dimensional is seeking a highly autonomous recruiter to own the full technical recruitment cycle for the U.S. headquarter and Shenzhen office. You will source top robotics, embedded, and software engineers across two markets, navigating competitive offers and bridging three time zones.

You will operate in a fast-changing environment with an evidence-heavy approach: real-code takehomes, structured evaluations, and high bar for candidate assessment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual ability in Mandarin/English with professional fluency in both spoken and written forms.
• Proven ability to recruit in BOTH Mainland China and the U.S. markets.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 5+ years in internet/tech recruitment and track record hiring technical roles (software/embedded/robotics).
• Experience in mid-to-senior level recruiting or executive search with strong talent-mapping.
• Ability to work independently in a distributed, async, documentation-heavy environment.
• Familiarity with modern ATS tools (Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever) and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own full recruitment cycle for technical roles across U.S. headquarters and Shenzhen office.
• Source proactively in China market via leading platforms and robotics networks.
• Source proactively in U.S. market via LinkedIn, GitHub, and industry networks.
• Develop business-aligned talent solutions and track recruiting data for process improvements.
• Manage ATS pipeline, cross-time-zone interview scheduling, and take-home/PR review flows.
• Collaborate with founders and engineering leads on role definitions, market intel, and offers strategy.
