Job summary

Coalesce Management Consulting seeks a site leader for a major US greenfield plant project. You will own on-site management from civil works to equipment installation and handover, leveraging deep knowledge of US codes, permitting, and AHJ processes.

You will coordinate multiple contractors, maintain safety culture, and keep the project safe, controlled and on schedule with strong leadership and local market know-how.

Qualifications

• Track record as site/construction manager on large greenfield industrial projects.
• Experience managing multiple contractors across civil-to-installation transition.
• Strong knowledge of US construction practice, codes and permitting.
• Strong HSE record (OSHA 30 or equivalent) and calm under schedule pressure.
• Excellent communication with a global, multi-site project team.
• Availability to be on site full-time through the project.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day site management across civil, structural and equipment installation phases.
• Coordinate general contractor, subcontractors and equipment vendors against the project plan and standards.
• Control interfaces between civil and equipment contractors as the site moves from construction to installation.
• Ensure OSHA, local code, permit and inspection requirements are met on site, and drive a strong safety culture.
• Provide project leadership with a clear, factual view of site progress, risks and issues.
• Run a structured handover to operations, from winter site maintenance to waste management.
