Job summary

AWS is seeking a Customer Success Representative to support US Government and Enterprise customers, delivering training, support, and analysis to drive successful usage of AWS services. You will partner with Technical Account Managers, Sales, and Solution Architects to resolve complex billing and account issues.

The role focuses on proactive customer care, deep analysis of customer accounts, and ensuring timely, accurate communication.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance with Polygraph
• 2+ years in customer service or contact center
• Ability to obtain agency-specific clearance as needed

Responsibilities

• Be the customer-facing voice for USG and Enterprise customers, resolving complex account and billing issues
• Collaborate with Enterprise customers to understand AWS usage and provide feedback
• Perform deep-dive analysis on USG/Enterprise accounts and billing statements
• Educate customers on reporting options, alerts and budgets
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with TAMs, Sales and Solution Architects to improve outcomes
• Maintain up-to-date internal knowledge pages and contribute to process improvements
