Job summary

Amazon’s AWS Support team in New Hampshire seeks a Customer Service Specialist to assist USG and agency clients with complex account and billing inquiries while guiding customers through AWS services. You will work with enterprise clients to understand usage patterns, provide recommendations, and ensure accurate, timely resolutions.

Candidates must possess TS/SCI clearance, at least 1 year in customer support or account management for high-profile customers, and strong MS Excel skills.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship and TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
• 1+ year experience in customer support and/or account management handling high-profile customers.
• Proven experience with MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Being the customer‑facing voice for USG and agency clients, addressing complex account and billing issues
• Working with enterprise clients to understand how they use AWS account and billing services, offering valuable feedback
• Performing deep dive analysis on USG / enterprise customer accounts and billing statements
• Train customers on reporting options, alerts and budgets.
• Provide proactive, efficient, tailored support to enterprise customers
• Coordinate with global support peers to ensure consistent, high‑quality assistance
• Use actions to improve customer interactions with AWS account and billing data
• Act as Voice of the Customer for our enterprise clients, reporting on areas for growth
• Communicate customer needs to leadership and propose innovative solutions
• Assist with client communications during AWS launches and support activities
• Develop understanding of AWS products and features and share with customers
• Collaborate with AWS teams to drive issue resolution for clients
• Maintain up-to-date internal knowledge resources
