Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
• MBA or relevant master’s preferred for P&L responsibility.
• 5+ years in eyewear/optical or consumer goods preferred.
• 3+ years of people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end commercial agenda for the Frames vertical in the US.
• Build organization and operating model; partner with key accounts.
• Lead cross-functional efforts with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Product Management.
• Develop differentiated frame propositions to increase ZEISS relevance at the point of sale.
• Track KPIs and drive continuous improvement with data and feedback.
