Job summary

ZEISS in the United States seeks a senior commercial leader to own the end-to-end agenda for the Frames vertical. You will translate global strategy into a US market plan, build the organization, partner with key accounts, and drive revenue, profitability, and growth across frame programs and the US Eyewear launch.

You will lead cross-functional efforts with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance and Global Product Management, develop differentiated frame propositions, and manage go-to-market,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years in eyewear/optical, consumer goods, fashion/accessories, or related fields.
• 3+ years prior people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end commercial agenda for the Frames vertical in the US, translating global strategy into a US market approach.
• Build the organization and operating model, partner with key accounts to craft solutions, and drive revenue, profitability, adoption and long-term growth.
• Lead cross-functional efforts with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Global Product Management to create differentiated frame propositions.
• Develop go-to-market strategies for the ZEISS Eyewear collection in the US and manage commercial ramp-up.
• Partner with commercial teams to integrate complete spectacle programs into customer value propositions and annual account plans.
