The role provides strategic leadership for fleet planning, maintenance, vendor management, regulatory compliance, insurance coordination, vehicle registration, and lifecycle management. You will partner with Operations to manage fleet costs, support business continuity, monitor performance, analyze trends, and drive process

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree preferred with ≥5 years in fleet management.
• Experience in data entry and daily reporting.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory background check required.
• Strong verbal communication with vendors and staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fleet planning, lifecycle management, and cost control.
• Develop and enforce fleet policies and safety standards.
• Monitor maintenance, inspections, and regulatory compliance.
• Analyze fleet performance metrics and report to leadership.
• Manage relationships with leasing, repair, insurance, and GPS vendors.
• Lead fleet staff and ensure readiness for field operations.
