Job summary

Black & White Engineering in Tampa seeks a Finance Manager to own the day-to-day financial management of the US business and its project portfolio. You will lead the month-end close, robust reporting, disciplined billing and cash forecasting for our US operations.

Reporting to the Global Finance Director, you will partner with project managers and business leaders to assess performance, manage risks, and implement improvements across Dynamics 365, controls and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA or equivalent preferred.
• Substantial accounting and finance experience with US GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Own US financial operations and project portfolio.
• Lead month-end close, journal entries and reconciliations.
• Coordinate budgets, rolling forecasts and cash flow projections.
• Manage intercompany billing, collections and payables.
• Provide clear financial analysis to stakeholders.
• Ensure audit-ready records and strong internal controls.
