Qualisys North America (QNA) in Chicago, IL seeks a Finance Manager to own the financial function for the US subsidiary. You will oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual close, ensure IFRS-compliant statements, and partner with leadership on budgets and forecasts.

The role emphasizes internal controls, audits, tax, and ongoing improvements to financial systems including Dynamics 365. A hands-on leader who drives change and collaborates across teams will thrive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Prepare IFRS-compliant financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Partner with leadership to develop budgets, forecasts, and business insights.
• Oversee AP/AR/GL and day-to-day accounting operations.
• Monitor cash flow and banking relationships; perform short-term forecasting.
• Establish and maintain internal controls for compliance.
• Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors and tax advisers.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax requirements.
• Drive process improvements and automation across accounting workflows.
• Support ERP enhancements and optimization of Dynamics 365.
