Ascendo Resources is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead comprehensive financial management for our US operations in Miami. You will develop budgets, manage cash flows, and ensure robust financial controls while delivering accurate financial reporting to support growth.

The role partners with senior leadership to drive strategic planning, analyze financial data for trends, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Extensive experience in financial management, including budgeting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of financial controls and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Proven ability to support organizational growth through strategic financial planning and management.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
