Responsibilities

• Align goals and priorities across Medical Affairs categories and assets.
• Develop future vision, mission, and strategic initiatives with Field Medical leads.
• Drive governance, enablement, and standardization across teams and systems.
• Lead financial forecasting and budget management for Field Medical assets.
• Oversee Field Medical enablement platforms (CLM, One Med, SharePoint) and AI adoption.
