Pfizer in the United States is seeking a US Field Medical Operational Excellence Director to drive strategic initiatives across Medical Affairs and asset teams. The role partners with Finance, Compliance and cross-functional teams to ensure aligned execution of medical plans and governance.

Responsibilities include leading program plans, enabling systems, and driving continuous improvement with AI and data analytics to optimize workflow and performance across the Field Medical organization.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical sciences or related field.
• Advanced degree preferred (masters/PhD).
• Experience with AI tools, data analysis and process automation.

Aufgaben

• Align goals and priorities across Medical Affairs categories and asset teams.
• Develop and monitor project plans, milestones and governance.
• Lead change management and standardize SOPs with stakeholders.
• Provide presentation support and track performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Compliance and Ops for execution.
• Oversight of Field Medical enablement systems and adoption.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and vendor agreements.
